Get a Clearer View of Your LMS Revenue
Managing an LMS is not only about creating courses and enrolling students. Understanding your sales and revenue is equally important.
With Batu LMS v1.0.1, you now get a dedicated Revenue Report that gives you a clearer view of your business performance.
You can see gross revenue, net revenue, refunds, average order value, monthly revenue, top courses by revenue, and revenue by payment method. You can also filter the report by date range to focus on a specific period.
This makes it easier to understand where your revenue is coming from without having to manually collect information from different places.
Review Every Sale in One Place
The new Sales Report gives you a detailed view of individual payments.
You can check the buyer, course, payment method, amount, and payment status for every sale. Search and filtering options make it easier to find specific transactions, while CSV export lets you download the data for further analysis or record-keeping.
Whether you are running a small course website or managing a larger learning platform, having this information in one place can make daily management much easier.
Create and Save Custom Reports
Batu LMS v1.0.1 also introduces a new Generate Report feature.
You can create a report using company and date filters, view the results directly on your website, or download them as a CSV file.
Even better, generated reports can now be saved. This means you can return to your previous reports whenever you need them instead of creating the same report again.
Configure Your LMS With New Localization Settings
Every LMS website can have different language, timezone, date, and currency requirements.
The new Localization tab gives you a simple way to configure these settings in Batu LMS.
You can select your preferred site language, timezone, date format, and currency. If the selected language is not installed yet, Batu LMS can automatically download it for you.
This makes Batu LMS more convenient for websites serving learners and organizations in different regions.
Customize Your LMS Colors
Want your LMS to match your website branding?
Batu LMS v1.0.1 now includes a Use Custom Colors option under Settings > Appearance.
You can choose your colors using a color picker or enter a specific hex code. This gives you more control over how your LMS looks while keeping the design consistent with your existing brand.
Along with this feature, we have also introduced a new global color palette shared across the admin panel and frontend pages.
Add Batu LMS Pages Anywhere With Shortcodes
Batu LMS now makes it easier to place important LMS pages wherever you need them.
New shortcodes are available for the login page, cart, checkout, and Student, Employee, Company, and Author dashboards.
This gives you more flexibility when building your website. Instead of being limited to predefined page layouts, you can place these LMS sections on pages that fit your site’s structure and design.
The Links tab has also been renamed to Links and Shortcodes, making it easier to find the link and shortcode for each available page.
A Cleaner and Easier Appearance Settings
We have also improved the Appearance section in this release.
Branding options have been moved into the Appearance tab, where you can manage your logo, support email, and support phone number in one place.
Appearance toggles now save instantly, so there is no need to click a separate Save button. The pagination setting also saves automatically when you select a value.
The Appearance tab has been redesigned with a cleaner layout, smaller toggles, and a three-per-row color list to make the settings easier to scan and manage.
More Useful Company Reports
Batu LMS v1.0.1 also improves the company reporting experience.
The Companies report CSV export now includes each company’s revenue, giving you more useful information when working with exported data.
We also fixed an issue where the Revenue column in the Companies report could incorrectly show 0.
Small Improvements That Make a Difference
Along with the major features, this release includes several smaller improvements and fixes throughout Batu LMS.
We have fixed appearance toggle alignment issues and removed the Click to upload hint after a login page logo has already been uploaded.
We have also added Batu LMS images to the Freemius screens for a more consistent product experience.
